Terms of Service for Clever Yes House Cleaning

Welcome to Clever Yes Cleaning. By accessing our website and requesting our cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Clever Yes Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including house cleaning and carpet cleaning. By scheduling a service through our platform, interactive forms, or directly with our team, you agree to provide accurate information and ensure proper access to the property at the scheduled date and time.

2. Electronic Communications and Text Messaging (SMS)

By providing your phone number to us, you expressly consent to receive electronic communications, scheduling alerts, appointment reminders, quotes, invoices, and service updates from Clever Yes Cleaning.

SMS Consent (Opt-In): Consent to receive text messages is obtained voluntarily when you fill out a service request form, book online, or provide your phone number directly to manage your account.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the status of your contracted services and interactions with our team.

Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service provider.

Cancellation (Opt-Out): You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Simply reply "STOP" to any of our text messages. Once received, we will send you a one-time SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages unless you choose to opt back in.

3. Privacy Policy and Data Protection (Critical Registration Clause)

Your privacy is our absolute priority.

No Sharing of Data: Mobile information and phone numbers collected for text messaging consent WILL NOT be shared, sold, rented, or leased to third parties, affiliates, or partners under any circumstances for marketing or promotional purposes.

All contact information collected is used strictly for internal purposes to deliver the requested cleaning services and send the operational notifications mentioned in Section 2.

4. Cancellations and Service Modifications

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, we require a notice of at least 24/48 hours. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of $75.00.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Please be advised that if our team arrives at your property and the service cannot be performed due to a lack of access or failure to cancel in advance, a 100% fee of the scheduled service will be charged.

This fee is applied to cover operational costs, our team's travel time and fuel, as well as the impact on our schedule, which prevents us from booking other clients who requested that time slot.
